Contract management

Know what you signed, and when to act on it.

Every contract has two dates. The end date is on page one. The last day to give notice comes months earlier, hidden in a clause. Contracts keeps each contract with its signed documents, works out that day, and reminds the right people before it passes, so nothing renews by accident.

Water quality management

Every station, every sample, held against its limits.

A water monitoring system for Bosnia and Herzegovina, with measuring stations on rivers and reservoirs, at bathing sites and on the coast at Neum. Samples are recorded against the limits of their monitoring programme, so the map, the deviation ranking and the charts show where water quality drifts out of range.

Water, soil and air quality

From the lab spreadsheet to the published chart.

One app for everything you measure. Every sample from every station is checked against its limits, validated and published by your team, and shown to the public in tables, charts and on a map. Choose once whether an installation measures water, soil or air, and the screens and manual use its words while stations, limits and calculations work the same way.

  • Spreadsheet importLab tables in three layouts, many at once or in a ZIP. You see every new or changed value before it is written.
  • Limits by station typeThe same value can be fine on a lowland river and an exceedance on a mountain river. A result of “<0.07” against a limit of ≤0.05 is not counted as one.
  • Validate, then publishCharts and calculations count only validated samples, and the public sees only published ones.
  • The year, assessed as the law does itDays and hours above the limit against those allowed, the annual mean, and whether enough was measured.
